I use pinto beans for my refried beans. Cook them in the crockpot for about 8 hours ( can be done overnight) then cool a little. Use an old fashioned potato masher to smash, then stir in a little taco sauce & keep warm on low. For the rice, I buy the mexican blend at the grocery & add a little bit of diced peppers to the mix. For cheese sauce, I make my famous "Rotel from Hell" dip. Take 1 block Velveeta mexican - hot or mild, you pick, and cut into cubes. Add 1 can Rotel chilis and tomatos then melt over low heat til creamy ( add a splash of milk if needed) Turns out wonderful!

Great burritos take some time. Your patience will be rewarded
If you have a perforated grill rack or wok for your grill, you can cook the vegetables while the steak grills — simplifying the process.
Marinade
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 small Vidalia onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Juice of 2 limes
1 (2 pound) beef flank steak
Guacamole
1 fresh jalapeño pepper
1 1/2 ripe plum tomatoes
1/2 small Vidalia onion
3 large Hass avocados
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Burritos
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large Vidalia onion, sliced into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
2 green bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste
16 flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
Prepare the marinade: In a large shallow dish, combine the olive oil, cumin, red pepper flakes, cayenne, garlic, onion, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
With a small sharp knife, score the steak on both sides and place in the marinade, spooning some over the steak. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.
Before serving, preheat the grill to medium hot.
Prepare the guacamole: Grate the jalapeño, tomatoes and onion into a bowl (or chop in a food processor or by hand). Slice the avocados lengthwise in half, remove the pits and with a spoon scoop out the flesh into the bowl. Mash the mixture with a fork, and stir in the cilantro, salt and lime juice. Set aside.
Prepare the burritos: Heat the oil in a wok and cook the onion until it begins to caramelize, then add the red and green peppers and cook until tender (or toss the onion and peppers with the olive oil and cook on a perforated grill rack on the grill). Season with salt and pepper. Grill the steak, about 6-7 minutes per side, until done. To serve, slice the steak thinly across the grain. On each tortilla, place a few slices of steak, some vegetables and a tablespoon each of the guacamole and sour cream, then roll tortilla.
Makes 8

AND try not to use everything at the same time. But! you have to use bread, bean, oil, seasons/flavoring.
I use the two bean.

Then you use the meats when done boiling until soft remove the bones, please!
use the frying pan for the smashing/refry the cook beans. etc...
Frist cook your own beans. To your own taste.
Pinto's and Black beans mix.
To fix beans use one part beans three part water. water frist,
salt to start the boiling of the water. Very little salt . To Start. Then: put the clean beans in the water.
The black beans will make a sauce.
Before the pinto are done.
Before the beans finish cooking use,
Baking Soda.
Just a little about a tip of a tea spoon.
Per cup of beans.
It should foam up don,t panic just stir it in.
About a hour or two the beans will be done. Beans are done when they are soft.
The temp depends on how much you feel like watching then .
Check them every fifteen minutes
Beans need favor to taste/(oils )to taste good.
The earth give beans minerals of life.
Olive oil is the best. (For any people with special needs plus It is the best for dry skin. Put it on just like lotion.)
Then Hamhock, or fat like meat,
That won't dry out. trukey wings, chicken wings . boil until the meat oils/bones come out.
About a hour.
or soft or, falling off the bone.
If you use the meat thing, cook it frist,
Then put in the clean beans. To clean the beans soak in water (fifteen twenty minutes) then stir beans in the cold water then riseand strain.
That enough time to break down the dirt and rocks stuff.
Short version: boil meat until soft; boil beans until soft;
then add the good stuff. chop up: spanish onion, tomato, (blub of garlic at your own risk or taste)
, garlic has good favor .
Use it early for mild taste,
near the end for stronger favor. and add to the dish in the beginning and the end.
you can store theextra beans in the freezer . Refry what you going to use.
light on the oil and smash the bean in the fringPan and salt to taste.
very very little at a time.
The torta should warm on the fring pan with a hint of oil. both sides.
don't burn the tortea warm just enough to make it soft bread.
short answer to what make a good burritoe is to use.
All the great favors you love. Then roll then.
Use then in your great burrito,
put the beans down the center of the flat bread then the chesse, chop up stuff if you want on the topof beans.
(roll it just like a news paper.)
fold the bottom and the top folding
(the best part)
just over the stuff in side.
Next for the beginner the right to left or the left to the right side, roll it ,
Finely presheaded will melt by its self.
Other wise place back in the frying pan. warm for and minute place on plate
Enjoy your self eat it any way you want!!
