I've been lifting for about two years, and it seems that I've hit a ceiling. My gains have died, and even gone down slightly in some lifts. I work out 15-20 hrs./wk both on the track, in the pool and the weight room. I just moved to college and the dorm food is killing me, I need to balance out my diet and start gaining again, is there a protein shake out there that works?

Any protein shake will work. The main issue is the type of protein and the taste...ok taste is the real issue. The Whey protein is the most popular among body builders. I'd also recommend changing up your routine. Lifting the smae weights the same way each week will not stress your body as much as choosing different routines for each muscle. Also change how you are lifting...if your lifting heavy with few reps then change to light for more reps and vice versa. This will shock your muscle out of the old routine and get them growing again.
