Providing you believe in God (The Father, Son, & Holy Spirit) when you meet them on Judgement Day and choose to love Him and are sorry for any wrong doing you have done.

God is Love.
Heaven is being in the presance of God.
Hell is being away from God.
Sin/ wrong doings lead you away from God.

So, it is very similar to when you meet someone and make that decision ... friend or not a friend. However, you are making a greater distance for yourself to travel (to get to heaven) if you have knowledge of God and don't try to get to know him during this time on Earth.

Well....EVERYONE sins. We were all born with a sinful nature because Adam and Eve disobeyed GOD and allowed SIN to enter this world. But if you're asking if a good person who's not a Christian can go to heaven.....the answer is no. Good works can't get you to heaven. You must BELIEVE and Repent. It's YOUR choice!

It is impossible for a "good" person to not sin.
Jesus said that "none is good except God." Also that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
The only way into Heaven is through Jesus Christ, so the answer would be no.

I guess the best way to answer your question honestly is to consult the Word of God, then it won't just be my opinion. Let's go to Romans 3:23 first : NIV (New International Version) " For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God ". Now that we have established that you and I are sinners, what's the next step ? Well, let's try Romans 6:23 : " For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord "NIV. That word " death " means eternal separation from God. That word " gift " means " salvation, which is a gift of God".
To find out how we escape that " death " part, let's go to Ephesians 2:8&9 " For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,(9) not of works, lest anyone should boast". That part that says "saved through faith" means you repent of your sins, and by faith accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour, because He paid the price for every person's sins by dying a horrible death on the cross. Just being a good person, which none of us are , isn't going to do it. Just believing in God won't do it. Satan believes in God, but I'm sure he's not going to heaven. What we decide about Jesus Christ, the Son of God is what will decide, and God alone is our judge, not me , not anyone but God. That my friend is the best I can do. Peace.

Sad to say, such a person does not exist. We are all sinners. None of us deserves heaven by our own doing.
Salvation begins with admitting that you are a sinner. I have been a Christian since childhood, but I know that I am a sinner. I need God's forgiveness and mercy. Salvation then requires knowing that it is not about what you do but about what Jesus did for you as a sinner.
Ask God to make this clear to you. He wants to if you really want to have it clear.

From the Catholic standpoint, we don't know, but since that is ultimately decided by God, Catholics will not say that it isn't possible.

From my point of view, I think it is very possible. God's truth is God's truth, no matter the form. If a person lives a good live that is pleasing to God but isn't baptized, it doesn't make much sense for an all-loving and all-merciful God to deny that person his/her reward.

No. But it sounds good, huh? There are good ppl that dont know Jesus, but it is still Jesus that made them have the good they do have.Heaven is for Christians, God tells us that all thru His HOLY WORD. and , there is only one way to go to Heaven. One must know God, know that Jesus Christ is also God, to accept Him as their personal Saviour, knowing that it is because of Jesus death upon the cross that gives us the right to salvation. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. ALL> believers and nonbelievers. ALL. SO you cant be good and not sin. The only way to not sin, is to love GOd enough to obey Him. Obedience leads to blessings and disobedience leads to curse. One must accept Jesus, and live like Jesus. The gift of salvation is free becuase of Jesus' death upon the cross. But, keeping this gift has conditions. Because unless we are obeying God, we will continue to sin, and sin leads to destruction, death and hell. One must repent of their sins and stop them. This is what GOD says about going to Heaven, to be saved. We must love the Lord enough to obey Him, live like Him, think like Him, and lead others to Him. Just being a good, decent person wont get one person into Heaven. Being Christian.. note the name CHRIST< in the first part of the word. CHRISTIAN. It means to be a follower of JESUS.
Its like some say I belive in a god, but not Jesus, can I be saved.?? Or I believe there is a god , but I dont believe in the BIBLE. You cant be a follower of Jesus and be saved by Jesus, unless you do believe and obey.
Think if somene says I am a muslim, but I dont believe in ALLAH or the Quoran. luciriculous. dont go together.
What if the muslim is a decent person but doesnt believe in their god, would their god save them? NO. and no only Jesus saves. BUt, I am just making a point.
One must recognize that all good they have comes from GOd and that all bad comes from the devil, and be grateful to God for that, thanking Him, obeying Him, and being willing to sacrifice for Him. Jesus sacrificed it all for us. How can we give Him less. and we serve Him because we love Him and He loves us, not to be saved. THats just the frosting on an already delicious cake.
Press on. Seek GOds precious word and truth will come.

Christ is the only way

Actually if you read the scriptures it seems that some people who think they are Christians won't make it. Jesus says Depart from me I never knew you. Yikes!

Matthew 7:21-23 not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father, which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF LIFE!!! Of course, any person, from any religion, even atheists, if they live a pious life, to them will belong the kingdom of heaven.
