With all the people out there who claim to have been reincarnated, has any one of them claimed to know what is happening to them inbetween lives? Is there a waiting room for "souls" to be born? (kinda like in the movie Beetlejuice, but not for dead people)

einstein believed that there was scientific proof of a soul because of the law of conservation of energy. you have all this energy in your body and in your brain, and when you die it has to go somewhere. it's not a soul the way most people think, but that energy that leaves you is your soul.

"Souls" are kinda like "chakras" - people believe in their existence but have no physical evidence to back up their claims.

There have been studies into "near-death" experiences however. In the 1950s and 60s NASA astronauts were strapped into a device which spun them around at high speeds until they passed out from excessive G Forces. Almost all of the astronauts related stories of seeing deceased loved ones, feeling strangely at peace and traveling down a long tunnel towards a distant light - very similar to the stories told by people who have had near-death experiences.

It would appear that the brain becomes actively involved in calming the body prior to death through the release of specific neurotransmitters.

Science has not yet proven that there is such thing as a soul, so trying to find out a place where they come from is waaaaaay down the list.

Science hasn't even demonstrated that there is a soul, let alone what happens to one if it were to exist.

The idea that there is a soul is a matter of faith or spirituality. There is no empirical or substantiated evidence/data on the matter. It's something for philosophers to argue over.

In my experience I was up above the clouds with two beings with me looking through a hole in the clouds that went straight into my mothers hospital room. And the one figure asked me if I would help this woman. So my experience was kinda like the movie Heaven can wait. Take care and may God bless you.

a "soul" has never been scientifically proven to exist therefore trying to prove where one came from using a scientific explanation would be impossible.

No Dana, feminists maximum certainly are no longer purely struggling with against people who wronged them. they are struggling with against all and sundry with a c.0.c.ok, against people who've carried out no longer something incorrect. apart from, the maximum up-to-date technology of feminazis are struggling with for something that hasn't affected them the two. they are reactionary from small communities of adult males who wronged them in the previous and so are leaping on the coat tails of their forebears and choosing up the sword dropped from the previous technology in a wild carry close for...look ahead to it...skill. no longer asserting that each and one and all feminists are like this, or maybe maximum. i'm all approximately equality. however the feminists that folk have a issue with are people who pursue, instead of equality, revenge and dominance as against adult males without different want than to lead them to pay dearly for nonexistent wrongs. you're certainly suggesting conflict as quickly as we would desire to continuously be embracing peace. @blogeek...you're a f*relatives individuals fool. adult males maximum certainly have been oppressed, greater so than women even. it is, till we stay in some Bizarro Land the place drafting adult males into conflict to die horrifically in conflict whilst the girls are secure and cozy lower back living house would not count huge sort as oppression. ....Moron...

Scientifically speaking, there is no such thing as a soul.

If you can measure or locate one, then we'll try to figure out where it came from.
