Red LowLights in My Hair?

Question

Ok i always get my hair done this way : i have brown hair - i always get blonde chuncky highlights and carmel highlights and red lowlights - well she put WAY too much red in there this time - eventhough the red washes out in a week or two im wanting it out - but if i get a dark brown hair color tonight and do it myself will it turn the red purple?

Don't do it, have a little patience my Friend, let it wash out by itself
