They should have maple essence, which is also called maple flavouring or maple extract or at least artificial maple extract at your local grocery store.

In the baking aisle of the grocery store, near the Vanilla and other extracts.........wait till you see how many varities there are!!! From Vanilla, to Rum to Lemon to Strawberry......also, craft stores (like Michael's) and cake decorating stores also carry everything from Champagne extract to Marshmallow flavoring........Enjoy!!!

l've seen it at Tesco, Asda, and Sainsbury's. Look where they keep the vanilla extract, almond extract, etc.
