Never! My bf used that stuff back in HS and when he stopped using it, he got a kidney stone. Passing it was the most painful thing of his life. They say that a man experiences the same pain as a woman in labour when he passes a stone.

I've never used creatine, so I wouldn't know, but from what I've heard it doesn't really do any good. It's a fake thing, like miracle weight-loss pills, you should look into it before you even start using it. If you choose to do so, try it for a month, keep track of your gains, and let me know how it goes.
