OK, lemme just tell you right now that you are probably not going to like my answer, so I apologize in advance...
Either way, first lemme tell you that men who deserve to be called men do not cheat on their girlfriends. The guys who do cheat on their girls so periodically are immature jerks who most likely have some unresolved issues and low self-esteem and the only way they can prove themselves (in their twisted view) to the society is by f***ing as many women as possible. So, no, the guy, even if he loves her is not worth her time and she should immediately break up with him...which brings me to my second point...
The girlfriend probably knows deep down that he is cheating on her because no girl is that stupid not to notice anything after so many times. So, the thing is that she CHOOSES to ignore it cos it makes it easier for her to cope (you know she feels something is wrong deep down but blocks it out so she can continue having the life she has now). What I'm trying to say is that once you get involved and say it out loud, the problem is going to become real and she will have to deal with it...and believe me, she's not going to be happy about it! So, she is probably going to break up with the guy (if she values her life) and then she will realize that her life fell apart...I mean, after being with one guy for soooo long, your whole world collapses when he leaves. So, once she realizes that her life is a mess...who do you think she's going to blame? Her beloved boyfriend? I don't think so...she's going to blame you sweetheart. Do you want that kind of drama? Do you want to feel like you did something wrong and like YOU ruined someone's life?
So, what I'm trying to say is that you shouldn't get involved into these things cos you will lose...I learned that the hard way and I understand that it's hard when you see someone you care about getting hurt but still, you shouldn't get involved...unless ...
OK, if you don't really know the girl that well and you don;t care about her or you just want to hurt the her intentionally...then you should tell her!

Guys tend to differentiate between sex and love. Which is true. They also think that's the way it's supposed to be. Which is false.
It's cheating if the other person doesn't know.

He doesn't love her if he is cheating on her. That's a no-brainer. But, you need to ask yourself before you go running to tell on him if you even want to be involved in that type of drama. The only way I would get involved is if it was my sister or another close family member...

If you love someone you wouldn't put them through that. Not only does that suck but he is sleeping with other girls and who knows what he is picking up along the way and passing on to his girlfriend. No one deserves that.

Tell her. Imagine if you were in her shoes. If a person is in love with you then they are just with you. Having sex with other people no matter how much he is in love with her is wrong.

It sounds like a dramatic and complicated situation that you shouldnt get involved in. What if they have an open relationship?

ik think you should tell her because otherwise she might find out from his other sex girls. a man who is in a serious relationship doesn't have sex with other women and say he loves only one girl.

A man in love will not cheat, under no circumstances. If he cheats then he is really not in love.
