I have caught this girl looking at me and then she will quickly look away. She also has asked if I need help doing things and when we walk past each other in the hallways she glances at me.I also have noticed that her friends often glance at me when we walk by each other.

I'm gunna take a wild guess and say...YES. This girl is obviously in to you.
Just, whatever you do, do not ask her how she feels about you.
When you catch her staring at you, dare yourself to stare back, and maybe even smile!
And if your feeling really bold, go up to her and start a normal conversation with her.
If you like her, then ask her to go somewhere with you.
It doesnt have to be a date or anything, you can even invite a few of your friends to go along with you.
Just please, dont go up to her and ask her if she likes you. Its obvious she does.

there is a very good chance she likes you but do you like her if you do make a move. most girls are shy and wont make the first move but will send their friends to ask lots of questions
