I drink tap water with ice preferably.
The only time I buy bottled water is when I am traveling out-of-state because drinking pop makes my stomach churn while driving. I reuse my bottles, refilling as needed and take to events.
I did buy bottled water for a two year period (the cheap osmosis stuff from grocery store) because where I lived then had the worst tasting, smelly and yellow water I've ever seen come out of any tap. I couldn't possibly make coffee from that stuff! Filters couldn't handle it well either.

Naive - it truly is wonderful! I purely purchase bottled water at the same time as i'm out and about, have not packed my personal water and am really thirsty! I do hate how the prices of bottled water determination, some places are very affordable 80p and others extortionate at £a million.20! also, I choose human beings could provide up criticising me when I order tap water at the same time as i'm no longer ingesting alcohol - i'm no longer being affordable, I surely like the style of tap water so i'm no longer going to pay a acceptable cost for a bottled, chemical-tasting version.

Where I am located here in North Texas
we are blessed with some of the best
deep water wells in the state and I
could never bring myself to spend money
on water that didn't taste even as good
as the water coming out of my tap !!!
The only time that I ever spend money
on bottled water-- is when I am away
from home--- in some other place that
has water that tastes like it has been
piped in from a sewage system somewhere !!!

I have a 2.5 ga. jug of purified water that I keep in the pantry in case of a water emergency, but otherwise I drink tap water. Of course, I'm lucky because Chicago's tap water was rated safer by the FDA than several major bottled water suppliers. Chances are, wherever you're living, you have better water coming out of the taps than sitting stagnant in the bottles at the grocery store.

i cant agree more ! As a child you dont want to drink Water, you go for anything Exotic like Coke or whatever. I still love a good Ginger Ale, and if you pay close attention there are a lot of different one's out there. Talking about different Receipes and tastes. Speaking of Water...i drink a lot more now Day's since i got one you just attach to your Faucet. Tastes better than Bottled.

I loved how cold the water in the school fountain was. Sometimes I couldn't get enough!
Now, yes, I buy Fiji or Evian. I drink the bottle and then refill it with my Brita filter until I can't stand the bottle anymore and then I recycle it and get a new one. I'd buy a "permanent" bottle, but I like the occasional treat of Fiji water, especially.

Please drink tap water if your water is okay. Think of all the plastic water bottles filling up waste dumps, and take pity on the environment.
If your water needs filtering, filter and, if you like, refrigerate it. Cold, filtered water is great. If you do buy water in small bottles, recycle them yourself--bring them home, refill them with your cold, filtered tap water, and take them with you the next time so you don't need to keep adding empties to the trash heaps.

Locally, we have had strange things reported in the news regarding the water. When we have a party, people want to drink everything in a bottle it seems.

Sometimes...it just depends on if I don't want soda at the moment. But I drink tap water too. It doesn't matter either way as long as it's cold.
