flat feet have no arches to fall--fallen arches are feet that had some and over time fell--go to a podiatrists

Yes they are the same thing. Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fallen_arches. Do a search on this site for flat feet and fallen arches separately and it takes you to the same page. Hope this helps you out.

flat feet , or fat foot ? what are we talking about hear ? fallen arches or raised raisins ? does it really matter when you are in there and i am out here ?
