Nice analogy! I'm saving this one for future reference.

I believe that God gives people many chances in life, some people not as many as others, but it will should balance in the afterlife. The way that I see it is that if God can see our future, then He knows our fate, therefore when the time comes for us to pass on, God won't interfere because we are destined to die at that time and place.
But anyways that is just a theory of mine. It would make sense with all those innocent people died at the hands of Hitler, The Indonesia Earthquake/Tsunami, The New Orleans Hurricane and many other events.. If there really is the same God we speak in the holybooks, and Heaven, those innocent people would probably go almost straight to heaven (:

G-d in his/her all controlling power is not in control. G-d is not all powerful. And if G-d was all powerfull then this would not happen. Or if G-d is all powerfull and does nothing to help the innocent victim then G-d is evil. I dont understand why G-d does the things he/she does but they have to be for some odd reason, and if not for a reason and free will takes over then no matter what we do on earth is not evil. If G-d could let this happen then G-d is not the gracious G-d we have grown up to believe e/she is. If you like to email back and forth questions and answers I love this genre of topics.

When God gives us free will, the will of some will be to harm or kill others. As to why He doesn't stop the bullet, in any one situation I don't know, but God does say that all things work together for the good of all who love Him. I think that good, ultimately, is the next life. Obviously, no one wants to suffer here, me included. I have suffered, but I still believe in God, by His grace. I may suffer more, but I will still believe in Him, by His grace. God CAN stop the bullet, but Christians believe that God has a reason for allowing all things to happen. Honestly, I find myself not believing this sometimes, while I am suffering.

Maybe the problem is in the question. God is not a puppeteer, bad choices using free will can affect the lives of the innocent, it happens all the time. God never promised us a life without tragedy or misfortune, He just promises to show us how best to get through the tough times when they arise.

Sometimes He doesn't let people die. I've met people who were in situations in which someone pulled a gun on them, and the gun wouldn't fire, or somehow the person missed when they fired.
As I said in a prior answer (I think the question was yours), God sees the whole picture. We don't, and we usually can't. Occasionally, we are given glimpses, but they're fleeting.

By stoping the bullet He will be proving Himself which will mean that faith is unneeded and if faith is unneed then our freewill is taken away because we will feel the need to worship Him instead of wanting too because we will know for a fact that he exists...Look I used freewill and I displayed an understanding of the question

because it was the victim's time to go. everyone is going to die......some just die worse than others. that's life and everything God does, he does for a reason. we may not always understand what the reason is though.

To recognize sin, we must recognize the consequence of it. Anyone who receives the blood of christ will not die the second death.
