Guys like to feel that they're still hot stuff even though they're not available. This doesn't mean they're bound to cheat or anything, but it's an ego thing. Also, I'd imagine he sees his friends less than he sees you and he probably would feel silly reacting with that much excitement every time he sees you. He's comfortable with you. He doesn't need to leap out of his seat when he sees you anymore. So long as he isn't making you feel inadequate or unimportant, I'd let it go.

He treats you diffrent because your his GF. He sees you all the time, so he knows you and all. He only sees them every so often, so they are more exciting. It's also fun to flirt with a group of girls.

He knows that you trust him. Talk to him about it. Tell him it bothers you, and if he loves you he'll understand. Or better yet, when you see one of your guy friends, run up to them and do the same thing he does. If he says something. THEN talk to him about it.
