when the only answer an atheist comes up with is "that's because God doesn't exist." Since your science is flawed, could you at least put some effort in making your conclusions seem like your smart?

No I find it annoying when they do that. Why do they bother coming here if they can't even engage others' minds? There are lots of other, non-philosophical topics they can post in.

1 - If god doesn't exist, then Christianity, et al., are wrong. So, that's the only answer an Atheist really needs when the existence of god seems to conflict with a reasonable, ordered, reality.
2 - Just because science may have flaws doesn't mean god(s) exist(s). It doesn't follow. Conversely, even if science were unflawed, it wouldn't mean that god(s) doesn't/don't exist. That also doesn't follow.
3 - Science isn't done yet. It has a long way to go, so you can't point out flaws and say, "Screw science, it can't be right." The notion of an eternal, unchanging god, if it's written down and readily available, is set in stone, so the flaws matter.
4 - Atheists cannot base their lack of belief on science. It just cannot logically work like that. Any Atheist who does this is making unwarranted assumptions.
5 - Atheists, lacking a belief, do not have to disprove the existence of god anymore than a theist has to disprove the existence of mogwai. The burden of proof is on the theists to prove the existence of god.

And do what, make things more complicated with fairy tale stories? Do you know how many of these questions can be very simply answered once you realize that God doesn't exist? Sorry if the truth hurts, but if you want people to believe otherwise, then get to work proving the existence of God, because that has not been done.

atheists can admit that science is flawed. hence the continued journey to learn and improve and discover. from that comes intelligence, logic, wisdom, and constant improvement and learning.
do any of you have the courage to admit the glaring flaws all throughout the bible? i doubt it. life is too easy when all your answers are found in only one place -- a mythical book of fiction that 70% of the people on earth still reject as nonsense!

If you say that God created Himself, came out of nothing, or was always there, then you can't deny that the universe could have came from nothing, created itself or was always there...
