Pure Life.

I would say it is used in all the Spanish speaking countries, maybe with a little more emphasis in Central America.

Literally Pure Life,and it doesn't necessarily have to come from the countries listed above.Spanish speaking people are all over the world so you really can't pinpoint that phrase.
