The `issue`is decided by birthplace , family, and education. It has nothing whatever to do with truth or faith, or reality. The vast majority of religious believers are conditioned from birth. Superstition is an acquired habit.

Tricky question! I think these verses are quite apt:

James 2:17
In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead...

James 2:24
You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.

If we have true faith, it will translate itself into everyday life by how we treat ppl and what we do.

The following verse is also interesting:

Hebrews 11:13
All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance.

It seems like there are some things that we might work and pray for all our lives, but only see the fruit of our prayers when we're in heaven. The example of William Wilberforce is a bit like this, as the results from all of his anti-slavery campaigning were only properly seen right at the end of his life... We've prayed long and hard for my sister to be healed of epilepsy, and believe that eventually she will be alright, but it seems to be the right thing to do for her to continue to take medication for it.

Jesus also says:

Matthew 17:20 I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

Romans 5:1 (NIV)
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

God obviously likes and rewards faith. The tricky part is knowing how it should look in everyday life. However, Jesus also says: John 14:26
But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

So we're assured that He'll help us as we aim to follow Him and live by faith.

Living and Faith are synonymous. It is through living that one
experiences those things that illuminate faith. Patience is needed for this journey through life.
"Patience is to faith as the head is to the body..sever the head and the body dies, thus, sever the patience and faith dies also.....
This is reality.....
