Ninjas all the way.
While Pirates are getting drunk and wizards are busy being nerds, ninjas are constantly training themselves to be 100% awesome. They sneak around, use poison, use disguises, have cool gadgets, and have a wide variety of combat skills.... they're Old World commandos.
What can pirates do? They're a bunch of drunks on a ship with eyepatches and peglegs. Their brains are so fried they can't even remembered where they buried their treasure... or why they even buried their treasure in the first place instead of spending it on cool stuff.
And don't get me started on wizards! If they spent less time debating and bickering amongst themselves and actually blowing up stuff and creating flying octopuses on which to build secret lairs then they would be Sorcerers. But sadly, this is not the case. Even a ****-faced pirate with 2 peg legs could sneak up on a wizard with their nose in a book (ie: all the time)!
So yes, ninjas!

Of your three - I'm going to say the Wizard. The occult can be devestating. I don't think the Wizard would stand a chance against a Ninja-Pirate, though.

It is very difficult becuase I know for certain Wizard beats pirate while ninja beats wizard but pirate beats ninja.
