I can't get her to settle down but I want to train her to sleep with me through the night like my other cat does....oh also she keeps waking me up at 6:00AM!!!! RRRRRrrrrrggg!

She's a kitten -- They're bursting with curiosity, energy and affection.

What you need to do is buy a laser pointer. About an hour before you go to bed, play the hell out of her. Run her up walls, run her around in circles, around furniture, run her around on tiles floors so she slips and slides all over the place.

You really need to tire her out, that way when it's sleepy time, she's actually sleepy. :)

Good luck, kittens are wonderful creatures.

Kittens are like that! She'll grow out of it eventually. In the meantime:
- play with her A LOT about an hour before bedtime. That will tire her out, and give her time to wind down before bed.
- when you're sleeping (or trying to), DON'T give her attention. That's what she wants. If you ignore her, she'll eventually get the message and go away. You can also just push her off the bed.
- if it gets too bad, close the door so she can't get in the room. This is only a temporary solution, soon enough she'll sleep quietly in the bed with you! But you need your sleep too, so this is a good solution if she just won't quit.

Good luck!

She's a kitten, it's what they do. All of my cats except the oldest act the same way. Cats have different personalities, just like people do. Perhaps she'll settle down as she gets older, but she may not. You might just not be able to let her sleep with you if she keeps you up.

I think that most cats are nocturnal. They are always more alert at night.
