i heard that budweiser doesnt want him as a sponsee anymore and taco bell has agreed to take him on. has anyone else heard this?

i haven't heard this but it wouldn't be surprising since dale jr is not a good driver. He is the most overrated driver in nascar. seriously. If it wasn't for his dad, he would have gotten fired from nascar

I have not heard this and would be shocked if it actually happened. When you as a sponsor have the most popular driver driving the car that your name is on, you cant let that go. Everyone knows the car, even if they dont follow NASCAR. It would be a big mistake for Budweiser. Some fans are so crazy they only drink Bud because its on Dales car.

He has had a longtime contract with Pepsico and its subsidiary companies, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC and Long John Silvers, also with Nabisco, which makes Oreos, Fig Newtons and Ritz. Many times he has one of these sponsor on his Busch car he drives and the ones he owns.
All are associate sponsors for his Cup car.

Budweiser knows the value of Jr.'s popularity. There is no way they'll pull sponsorship. Heard any more good rumors?

I don't think the beer company will let him go. they made millions with Jr. in any case if he drives for Taco Bell, another reson for me to not visit that restaurant..=D

I think he has a lifetime contract with Bud. They make lots of commercials with him and he makes them a lot of money.
No matter what you think of his driving skills, he is the most popular driver in Cup. Anhauser-Busch would be nuts to drop him.
