It is a larger noodle and holds the sauce inside.. if you like your sauce (spaghetti sauce hon.... lol) then this is the noodle for you

Depends if the cook is better than average. In that case, i'd go with a Bolognese with mushrooms.
Spaghetti and meatballs is fantastic as well.
Finally spaghetti napulitana, simple straightforward and to the point.
If you think of trying something other than the usual pasta, go for Wild mushroom risotto, it's a northern style dish and it's awesome, u'll love it.

angel-hair pasta with Maine Lobster or homemade squid ink tagliolini with tigerprawns or mix seafood serve with white wine cream sauce (sprinkle freshly grated a bit of white truffles on top is heavenly good)
