Material things is what I mean. Me I always wanted a skateboard. I love as a child being out side and getting into everything.

This is going to sound lame...

But I always wanted Lady Lovely Locks dolls. They were these dolls in colorful dresses with super long hair that you could comb. They came with a doll house, but the doll house was a tree that opened up into a house. All kind of animals, like squirrels and birds with super long hair (I know birds don't have long hair, but it was a toy) came with it that you could attach in different places on the tree or on the doll's clothing or in the doll's hair. It was the most awesome toy ever.

My sister had a Lady Lovely Locks set, but I was never allowed to play with them. My mother told me they were just for her. I used to sneak into her room to play with them sometimes, but I always got caught. :-(

My parents were hardcore Catholics and so they didn't let us believe in Santa Claus or buy into the whole Christmas tree, presents junk so I was always jealous of other families that got presents and had Christmas trees. Now that I'm an adult, I can't even enjoy Christmas because I'm so jaded/disgusted by its commercialism.

When I have kids, it'll be Festivus for rest of us!

A trampoline...I'm 12 years old and I still don't have one. I also wanted a phone...haven't got one of those either. Right now I want an MP3 Player and a Cell Phone...but I can't get a phone until I'm 18 and I have to wait for my birthday for an MP3 player.

A birthday party on my birthday.... I was born Dec 25 and my birthday was rarely even acknowledged due to Christmas activities. I had a sort of birthday party in June, but that didn't mean much when I was a kid.
