Bellini. I had a complimentary one on the Hilton Park Lane final week. in all risk might've enjoyed it if I hadn't already carried out 5 pints of Stella. can no longer remember what dinner replaced into like the two. in reality all i'm able to remember is how lots all of it value. Sobering whilst the invoice arrives by some means. shame quite. Bottoms up!

2 Tablespoons of Chamborde Liquor (raspberry flavored liqour) in champagne glasses and stick them in the freezer, when you are ready for your party, pull the glasses out and top off with champagne. It's a great girly drink!

• 1 cube sugar
• Angostura bitters
• Chilled champagne

Soak sugar cube with a couple of good splashes of Angostura bitters and place in the bottom of a large champagne flute.

Fill slowly with sparkling wine.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

I like what is called a Mamosa - it's champagne and orange juice. Very refreshing.
