the only way your gonna get a bigger butt that actually looks nice WITHOUT exercise is buy wearing those pants that come with pads inside or with implants. SORRY. truth hurts
a really easy exercise that really helps the booty is kicking BACK as far as you can. if you do fifty a day youll see a difference and it takes less than 5 minutes.. you will barely break a sweat

If you want to gain FAT in your rear just eat unhealthy foods and don't exercise. Eventually you'll have a chunky, cottage cheese butt but it will be bigger.
If you want to gain a NICE, MUSCLY butt, you're going to have to work at it. Squats, lunges, running, etc.
OR, you could get butt implants!

U might no longer get 1 of dem butts cuz thats inherited & from the southern foods like corn bread & cabbage, yams!!~ so begin eating that southern stuff & see if it works but i dont have 1 of dem bootys and i waz born & raised in da south i simply bought a variety of hips so it is quite for your genes if u have a butt or now not!!
