Diet is a life system conpcet, it is in NO WAY a matter of losing 5 lbs in a week or more
im a fitness student, and i have lost over 100lbs before within a year ( but i was doing it the right way, and i made new habits out of it to make me live )
IF YOU ARE really concerned about your health and look, i say take it serious, coz, if you lose 5 now, u will gain it 15 later

There is no healthy way to lose 5 pounds in one week and I don't recommend trying. Crash dieting is very bad for your body!!!
Try a healthy diet and exercise combination and you'll lose weight soon enough.

drink a large glass of water before every meal and get out and do activities that you enjoy. Easy plan that does work.
