Get a few sessions with a personal trainer. He or she will help you set realistic goals, create a personalized workout based on what you like to do and what you want to do and what is best for you and will also offer nutrition advice to ensure you get the most out of your workout. Most gyms offer an introductory 3-session PT package that's relatively cheap and trust me, it is worth it!

OR, try a few magazines like Fitness, Shape and Women's Health. They offen offer workouts that are flexible to your abilities.

Good luck!

theres alot of different routines you can do to work out. it all depends on what you like. you can concentrate on one part of the body every day. For example monday arms, tuesday stomach, wed. legs, thursday butt, and friday just do cardio(it helps your whole body.)
OR you can divide the time your there and do a certain amount of time for each body part and just keep switching. like every 15 minutes switch to another machine. that works too.
i also recommend that atleast one day a week you concentrate on aerobics, it helps alot.
hope this helps too.
