I found they need very little care, they're tough since I go barefoot, but my callouses rarely get rough. Very occasionally I get a bit of a rough spot near the heel that I sand down with a foot file, think I did that three times or so in ten years. Never had a crack or anything. I've tried various foot creams since some other barefooters advised that to prevent cracks, but when I use it even a few times my feet get too soft; I immediately notice more tiny little nicks in my callouses from the crushed shell & gravel paths at work. If I don't do anything but wash them, the skin is toughest and most smooth. And I cut my nails of course.

Always look after your feet, they keep you up, every morning after a shower dry them well and moisturize with a cream containing Tea Tree Oil, also wear a good supporting insole in your shoes, especially if you do a lot of walking

Cool question,
Yes I must say I do. If you think about it your feet get you to where you need to go and they are used so often... I have to. It is almost like looking after your car, but you can only have one pair of feet so U can't buy new ones. That Is why they need extra special treatment. Like cars they need to be oiled(Oil change LOL) waxed, washed and buffed and for me... I always luv a fresh coat of paint.
Peace

They are the foundation upon which you stand. Take good care of them since later in life you will regret if you did not.
