I exercise already and I just started doing ab workouts this week everyday, which is between 100 to 200 crunches a day, 100 in the morning and maybe 90 at night. I go to the gym, and do cardio. And, i watch what I eat. How long should It be before I start seeing results in losing belly fat in my tummy? I have seen some results, but I guess I kind of what to see drastic results. When should I see them?
Thanks.

Okay, thanks. I burn about 700 calories every other day at the gym, and the way my body works I don't think that it will take 3 months, maybe another month and a half to get to where I want to be, but definitely NOT 3 months, as I've already been down this road before and I know how long it takes my body to burn fat around my stomach, so thanks anyway. Also, I do crunches, so should I still them while doing my cardio? I think I will continue do those as well.
Thanks

you cant choose which body part to lose weight of - it has to be overall weight loss.
if you do crunches the right way - you need to do it only 2-3 times a week. besides - crunches build muscle and your belly will look bigger since there is fat on top of muscle. lift only shoulderblades off the floor and tighten abs, breathe.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

3 months. Always remember that you didn't just wake up with extra pounds, that took time also. The quickest way for me was to give up pasta, bread, pop, alcohol and anything with sugar for the first three months. After I lost 25 pounds I adjusted my intake on the above and increased my level of exercise. Crunches are cool, but only works internally. You have to lose weight all over first in order to see progress there. The excess belly weight comes from fat stored in the body. Once that is gone from change in diet and cardio, then the crunches will pay off more. Try a big rubber ball for crunches and the exercise bike. Worked for me.

A HUGE side of nutrients is NOT most effective consuming correct but in addition making definite you're getting nutrients supplemented, what we consume (until you're a grasp at dietary consuming) does no longer furnish sufficient of the nutrients our frame demands to be healthiest. Take a multivitamin as good as a diet D3 complement. Water, Nutrition (+nutrients&dietary supplements), Cardiovascular Exercise = a more fit, leaner YOU. On a facet be aware....you'll additionally retain to construct and tone your belly muscle mass....because the aerobic will burn the fats away you'll do center physical games (planks, take a seat ups, and so on...) to upgrade your muscle mass in order that as that fats is sloshing off out of your aerobic workout your muscle tone will retain to upgrade and FINALLY be obvious beneath that cussed layer of further fats. Hope that is helping...
