No, FL doesn't have a state income tax. They just gouge your eyes out in sales and property taxes.

Florida doesn't have a state tax, so if you lived and worked in FL the whole year, then no you don't file a state tax return.

As long as the only state you worked in was Florida, then no, but if you worked in GA or some other states then yes.

out of 50 state 41 impose an income tax, new hampshire and tennessee apply only to income from interest and dividends. 7 states (alaska, florida, nevada, south dakota, texas, washington and wyoming) do not have person income tax. that is why so much retiree go to florida. so answer is no.
