What is the dosage of medicine for deworming pups 3 months old? I found 5 ml not effective.

It depends which worming product you're using! 5mls of WHAT for heavens sake? There are many different preparations. Please only use stuff provided by a vet as petshop stuff is a fantastic waste of money.
Whatever you use, you should be worming monthly until the puppy is 6 months of age, and then 3 monthly thereafter

switch to a worming tablet, depending on brand, usually half a tab for each puppy.
