I need kitchen cabinets 500 mm deep rather than the usual 600 mm. Where can I get them from in the UK

Get 600 deep and cut them down to 500, from the rear.

You will have to go to a firm that does custom made cabinets and they will cost you a lot. Also have you considered your appliances will not fit properly as these are also made standard 600mm width (washing machine, dishwasher). The best bet is to find a local carpenter who can make them for you, it would be cheaper than a big firm.
