Microlaryngoscopy is done with a nasopharyngoscope which is threaded through the nose, back of the throat, larynx, and upper trachea. It is a standard tool used in identifying the site of the lesion and directing a biopsy. It is performed by an ENT (ear, nose and throat doctor).
