It is a little wooden bench with pegs for a toddler to hammer on. The old ones were wood with colored pegs, red legs (or ends) on the bench and a blue hammer. Do you know the manufacturer?

Melissa & Doug's makes the wooden version and Fisher Price and Little Tikes both have plastic versions.
