Pretty much, step out of your shell, and talk to him, if you guys hit it off maybe he'll ask you out. if not then ask him, people have to take regection. So don't freak out if at first you don't get one. Keep trying. Also guys love it when you really listen, so if he hints about a fav food. Find out how to make it and then give to him. (Or buy it) He'll love the fact that you cared enough to go the distance. Or if he likes movies or TV shows. Watch the show/movie that way you'll be able to talk about and not sound like an idiot.
ALso try really hard not to act like and air head. (This can be hard) But its a turn off for a dude when the girl acts like she's high on herself.

Be yourself, be confident, & know what you want. If you want a serious honest realationship stay away from the bar scene. Don't be afraid to strike up conversations with people you don't know, you never know where that will lead.
There is no universal answer on how to get into a realtionship. It's simply trial & error & what makes you most comfortable.

the way to get a boyfriend is to just act urself and find someone that has the same hobbies as u have fun and everything will come to u trust me

take my advice, pick a guy that you can be friends first. flirt with him a little for like a coulpe of weeks and give him a sign that you like him. give it some time to get into his brain and he might just ask you out. It works for me every time i promise, thats how i got my BF and he's a sweetie lol

Ask people if they know anyone who is interested in you then if you like the person spend time with them
or find them and just ask them out
