As others have said, if you're just looking to unload it then donation is the easiet way to go. You do also get a tax deduction when donating to qualified charities. Many places will also arrange to pick up the donated vehicle so you don't have to drive it or if it doesn't run you don't need to deal with moving it at all. Below are a few links to charities that will take it, I've included both some Oregon charities as well as national charities.

If you're looking to sell it try the AutoTrader, Oregonian classifieds, or Craigslist.

Put it on Craigslist.com. more people see this site than any other on web including E-bay and is localized for your area.
To give you an examble, I had a 24' Trophy that I had put in paper, flyers on bulletin boards around town, several credit union members for sale sites, nothing. Put it on craigs list and sold it for full price in 4 hours, had 30 emails, about a hundred phone calls and even had 2 people drive 3 hours to come look. Works for me.......my $.02 worth.

Biggest problem is you still owe money on it... Most individuals shy away from that.... (on a 8 year old truck)

Actually most car lots and dealers will offer money for it to get you out of it... you won't be able to deal though if you owe more than it's worth (and unless you find someone wanting one bad like on craig's list, willing to pay what you want from a newspaper ad, or willing to sit on it waiting for a buyer...) you can almost forget it.

Also contact the people that you owe money on it to.. sometimes they are willing to buy cars back to get their money and offer you the rest if it's worth more than you owe...

Sell it at Carmax, they will buy it even though you won't buy any of their cars. You won't have to deal with it anymore. They will give you more than some other dealers or people will give you. You can talk price.

Park it around construction sites or anywhere people are doing heavy work with a for sale sign on it. That thing is the best work truck ever built.

Try taking it to a car auction. Somebody there might be able to buy it from you.

Try posting it on cars.com. I know lots of people who have sold cars there.
