If you have a food processor you can add the chunk of feta along with the basil & sundried tomatoes and get those results, but I believe Athenos makes a crumbled version of this. Look for it where the prepared sliced cheeses are in the diary section of the market.

The only way I buy Feta cheese is with the basil and sun dried tomatoes. Where I shop, I find it beside the plain.
Don't know if this will work or not, but try using the plain and adding basil and sun dried tomatoes to the recipe.
Good luck.

I've seen it in the store. Althenos brand or something like that maybe? Otherwise, just get a little jar of sun dried tomatoes and some fresh basil and make your own. That's all it is...feta with sun dried tomatoes and basil mixed in. Slice up the tomatoes nice and small and it should be fine.

You'll have to find all those ingredients independently.
Fresh basil should be in the produce department.
Sun-dried tomatoes in the canned vegetable area.
If you have a health-food store in your town, call and ask them if they have these things.
Do NOT substitute!
These things taste GREAT together!

I believe that you can buy them separately and then mix them. I've seen sun dried tomatoes by themselves before. Check a large local grocery store, I'm sure they'll have it

At my local grocery store (Kroger) it's not with the regular cheese in the dairy case--it's over by the deli and is mixed in with the specialty cheeses. It's made by Athenos.

I have seen it mixed that way. If you want to add the other ingredients, I am sure you could. You could also used any other dry crumbly cheese like a hunk of romano or parmesan.

That's Athenos, it comes in a small square plastic tub. Even at my small podunk grocery store I can find different flavors of it. Safeway should have it. It's good stuff.
