Oh I have *so* been here. I got pretty creative, so here is the wealth of attempts:
1. Placing the alarm clock at top notch volume
2. Placing the alarm clock across the room. Getting up, moving across room to turn it off, when repeated several times- gets blood moving and adrenalin going.
3. Get super cool alarm clock "Peaceful Progression Wake Up Clock" It brightens your room slowly as your wakeup time nears, and thus warms peppermint beads which stimulate your sense of smell (which is one of the best ways to naturally wake up- sort of like when you wake up to smoke). You can also pick to wake up to radio, pre installed nature sounds, or a buzzer. Swear by this one, I love it!
4. The above didn't work for my friend so she upped the anti- there is also one called "Sensory Assault" alarm clock on the market. Features strobe light, siren, and vibrating pad. Not recommended for dorm-dwellers (hehe).
5. On that whole sense of smell thing- can you plug a coffee maker in near you? I don't drink coffee but bought some peppermint coffee and would set it to run 15 minutes prior to my wakeup time. Worked like a charm at the cabin.
6. Sunlight, also best alarm clock. Don't close your blinds or curtains. Your body's clock will adjust.
7. Fresh Air. You get a better sleep with fresh air- open your window. If you live in a smoggy city- try out an ionizer. A colleague of mine has a little one that goes around his neck which he uses for flights- he always arrives bright eyed and bushy tailed even after a 6 hour red-eye.

Organize yourself better, try to squeeze in some physical activities, try to work faster so somehow you can manage to get at least an hour or two more of sleep. Plus, the exercise or sports will drain energy and will make you look for the bed as soon as possible.
If you stay up late too many times, the body will be needing more and more rest, hence the reason why sometimes you can't get out of bed even if you went to sleep early the night before. Like I said, organize yourself and eventually your body will heal itself or at least find a middle point. I eventually learned to sleep 5 (6 hrs max) during college and not have any problems getting up the next day.

I feel for you.
Every year when the time changes, my body clock goes bonkers.
I am naturally a night person anyway, so the extra daylight just makes me want to stay up 'til 4 a.m. and sleep until 10 a.m.
The best thing I do for myself is to have no caffeine after 4 p.m., eat a light but carbohydrate-filled dinner and try to relax in bed after a warm bath. I have to gradually set my bedtime earlier, as well.

Truthfully not all people are morning people. You can adjust your schedule by choosing classes later in the day.
As for getting up early you just have to push yourself. put the alarm on the other side of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Learn to becomes friends with coffee too. Go to bed and wake up at a set schedule.

put a very loud alarm on the other side of the room or rig something up so that when the alarm goes off you pour water on yourself (im not kidding) or see if a classmate can call you before class.... try going to bed earlier for more than a week also next semester dont make any of your classes before ten

When our bodies lack rest we build up a sleep deficit. The longer you've been at this lifestyle, the longer it will take you to catch up. It may be a week or two of going to bed early and getting 7 to 8 hours a night before you begin to feel rested.

Try getting more exercise, that will help you sleep better so you can get up. Also cut out any caffeine.

maybe if you had your boyfriend to give you a good awaking up start in the morning men usually get up with a good mood in the mornings i hope i have helped some...
