Olean is a brand name for olestra and it can be found at the supermarket near all of the other oils. If Olean is not available, read the labels and look for the word "olestra"

While your shopping, pick up some Kaopectate - you'll need it if you fry in olean often.

You can find it in the medicine aisle, right next to the Immodium AD (anti-diarrhea).
