First of all, don't stress about it.
Second, it may take a full month for the hormones to get out of your system.
If you have trouble after a while, say a couple of months, switch to every other day.

As far as the herbal supplements go, I am right now reading the book "What your Doctor May NOT Tell you About Getting Pregnant." (I got it cheap through amazon.com) and they suggest many helpful herbs, but you should ONLY take them days 1-14 of your cycle, or until you're sure that you've ovulated. Most herbs that promote fertility are harmful if you take them when you might be pregnant, and since from the time you ovulate until you miss (or get) your period there's really no way to tell if you've conceived, you'll want to be careful.
I've been using "Answer" brand ovulation kits, they're pretty cheap at Wal-Mart. Those can also be confusing, so I've just discovered a website - www.peeonastick.com. Sounds weird, I know, but I found so much helpful information about family planning.
I also made an appointment with my OB/GYN before my hubby and I started trying, just to discuss my overall health and to start me on prenatal vitamins, because you'll want to ALREADY be taking the vitamins when you get pregnant, not after you find out.
I truly wish you and your husband all the best on this exciting, fun and sometimes frustrating journey!

I don't know anything about a Depo birth shot. But I do know that if you watch your cycle you can figure out when is the best time to have sex. Search about menstrual cycles and also talk to your gynecologist.
Having a gynecologist is always a good thing for women.
They can search your reproductive organs and test everything out and let you know more information on how you can get pregnant.
gy·ne·col·o·gy (gī'nĭ-kŏl'ə-jē, jĭn'ĭ-, jī'nĭ-)
Pronunciation Key n.
The branch of medicine dealing with health care for women, especially the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the female reproductive organs.
It is typically a consultant specialty. In most countries women must see a general practitioner (GP; also known as a family practitioner (FP)) first. If their condition requires knowledge or equipment unavailable to the GP they are referred to a gynaecologist. However in the United States law and many health insurance plans allow gynaecologists to provide primary care and some women select that option.
As in all of medicine the main tools of diagnosis are clinical history and examination. Gynaecological examination is special in that it is quite intimate and that it involves special equipment the speculum. The speculum consists of two hinged blades of concave metal or plastic which are used to retract the tissues of the vagina and permit examination of the cervix the lower part of the uterus located within the upper portion of the vagina. Gynaecologists typically do a bimanual examination (one hand on the abdomen two fingers in the vagina) to palpate the cervix uterus ovaries and bony pelvis. It is not uncommon to do a rectovaginal exam for complete evaluation of the pelvis particularly if any suspicious masses are appreciated. Male gynaecologists often have a female chaperone (nurse or medical student) for their examination. An abdominal and/or vaginal ultrasound can be used to confirm any abnormalities appreciated with the bimanual examination or when indicated by the patient's history.
AND HERE IS SOMEWHERE YOU CAN GO TO SEARCH FOR A GOOD gynecologist!!!!!!!!! =D

I am not sure if i am of any help o you both. But my suggestion is this. Take a rest. A least a week.Avoid having sex almost everyday. This will give time for your husband's production system to "refurbish"itself with quality and not quantity alone. And during intercourse try to stay below your husband and lay your "mid body" a bit higher than your chest. You may use a pillow -laid under your butts. This allows the semen from your husbands ejeculation to flow deeper. And also try not to move after "receiving" them into your body. At least for a few minutes. This avoids draining out of those precious liquid. Try it. And good luck!

Everyone has offered up some excellent answers. My husband and I had no trouble but I often get the feeling we were very very lucky. Get to know your cycle and, if finances allow, use an ovulation predictor kit from the drug store or Wal Mart (they are expensive though). They really work. Definitely every other day for the sex and try not to move for 1/2 hour after to allow the sperm to make their way up. And, if you want, wild yam root (from the health food store) is said to boost fertility. There are no contra-indications for taking it so it really can't hurt. Good luck!

Sometimes the exceptional method of seeking to get pregnant is to effectively NOT take a look at. I used to paintings with a lady who was once determined to have a little one. She attempted and attempted for six YEARS to get pregnant, and it simply under no circumstances occurred for her. Finally, she gave up desire of each being a mom, she began filling her lifestyles with different matters to occupy her time, and bet what? She received pregnant.

First of all, STOP doing it every day! Your hubby's sperm needs to replenish itself!!! My doctor told me every other day. The Depo needs time to wear off. It can take as much as a year! (I took it for a year) You could very easily get pregnant tomorrow or it may take a while, just depends on how quickly the Depo takes to leave your system.
Otherwise, starting from day 10 (counting from day one of your period) have sex every other day! Good luck!!!

Not true. Women that are over weight are considered signs of fertility. Some factors might be your age. Might see if you are infertile. Stress is a big thing too. If you two are stressed it's harder to get pregnant.
From your question it seems like you haven't been trying very long. I recomend not geting so worried. give it a few months, relax aand have tons of sex.
