Strong believers how would you feel about God non-existence?

Gods non-existence, for many this is a fact, they choose to not believe thus for them God is not. Because some have chosen that path the reality of God is there for believers. God brings wisdom to knowledge and thus makes your question moot.

Probably the same type of despair that Bertrand Russell felt as realized that his philosophical search for certainty (apart from God) was futile. The utter absurdity of life would become apparent.
