Jesus did not take his own life, Go to the the
Gospels account and you will see that he did not
take his body and put it on the stake and torture
himself.

His death would be more of a "suicide by police officer" kind of deal. People do it sometimes. They don't want to kill themselves, but don't want to live. So, they get into some sort of altercations with the police, and cause the police to defend themselves, and end up dead.
