friendship is not based on our willingness to think alike. So yes, I would still and am friends with you. Doesn't mean we won't clash or disagree. But, good friendships can handle conflicts of interest.

Hi Sean, I am a Christian, and I'll be friends with you.
Tell me, other than denying God's existence, what are your interests.

Also as a word of warning, this friend comes with the tendency to give God the glory, to ask Him for advice, to read His word, and to quote it.
Be careful about that... "I won't ever believe in God." I said that in my not too distant pass also. Look where it got me!

(((Sean)))
I love my G-d with all my heart and soul, I have told you this before.
You know me, I am your friend, you are a good man,
I love you the way you are!

I have two questions for you.

This question is not condescending, I think of you like a little brother and I like you, you make me smile:)

Why do you need so much love and approval?

And, if I tell you that Yeshuah can fill that craving for love that you have will you still be my friend?

I am not trying to convert you, never did, never will, I respect whatever you believe, just asking if you would do the same for me...

The Neutral Christ: Hi Sean. Welcome, have a seat.
Gordon was just describing how he tried to attend a religious meeting. He had thought that he could hedge his bets and be be an atheist but still say that he believed in God, just in case.
Gordon, how did it go?

GORDON: Well I tried to sit there and listen, but finally I had say something. I said,
'Look - I find some of what you teach suspect
Because I'm used to relying in intellect
But I try to open up to what I don't know'
Then I just left. I really did try and close my mind and open my heart at the same time, but I do not know how they can do it.

The Neutral Christ: Thank you Gordon. It was very brave of you to attempt that.
It reminds me of my experiences trying to go to Promise Keepers...

Sean, I'm sure there is more to you than your belief in God. Isn't it preposterous that after finding out someone's religion, whether it be Jew, Muslim, Buddhist, or lackthereof such as in your case, Atheism, people automatically judge and categorize that person? You can believe whatever you choose, and still be my friend. Well...as long as you're not an evil person that is =)

yeah why not? if you are a nice person and try to do the right thing, there should be no problem with it. As long as you respect what I believe in, I will respect your right not to believe it too.

As a Christian, I believe that God gave us free will and He accepts that by giving us free will this some will take the free will not to believe and He knows this. So if He did that knowing and saccepting this, who am I not to?

My name is Angela
and I am a spiritualist
and of course I will still be your friend
but I dont believe a person can say " ever " if they do not know what is around the corner as proof for them ... unless you are stating that you will deny it even if it appears to you
:oP

I hope you find God one day, BUT NO, I will not be your friend. Not after some of the things that I see you post in here on a daily basis. I think this question of yours is just another attempt to mess with Believers mind's, just like you always do on a daily basis. Sorry.
