Try this site, looks like they got you..sorry about that. I had it happen to me once too. Not the same site. Apparently they've been ripping off people for awhile, even thru ebay.

Since you made the purchase with your credit card you should be able to dispute the charge through them. You should definitely call your credit card company.
I would just explain that you paid for a product that was never received in the manner it was promised.

call your credit card company immediately
have them put a stop on payment
they will stop the charge and send papers to you to sign that this was a fraudulent charge
they will not charge you for this amount on your bill until the matter is settled
same thing happened to me and my credit card office took care of it
don't hesitate call immediately their number is on the back of your credit card
good luck!

Contact your credit card company. They will refund the purchase if it is protected from fraud. The credit card company can probably also contact the company as well.

Call your credit card provider, then follow it up with a letter and reference the call, date, time and the person you spoke to.
Tell them that you will not pay the amount on your card, unless the dispute is satisfactorily resolved. They will allow this and no further finance charges will be applied to the amount in question.
Take it from there with your card provider.

Call the CC company and dispute the charge, if they are a legit company and have sent the package and they are refused payment, they will contact you.
