well may 15th is 7 weeks away.so if you loose roughly 2-3 lbs a week you can do it which doesnt sound so daunting. i lost 20lbs in 6 weeks from counting calories i ate no more than 1100 a day, walked for 30 minutes pushing the pushchair (mostly up-hill) and just recently started the gym,i do 20 mins - half an hour on most machienes then 30 lengths and 10 mins in the sauna to finish off. it can be done. dont starve your self.that never works hun.
good luck with it.

Cut out all fast foods, junk foods, sodas, candies and other sweets. Eat 5-6 small healthy meals each day--don't forget about fruits and veggies! Don't skip meals and never starve yourself. Also, stay away from diet pills/tablets/drinks.

Water, water, water! Drink up! It really does help with weight loss.

Also, I bet you already know this---exercise!! Walk, run, swim, jog, play a sport, run up and down your stairs, dance around your house--anything! Just get moving!!

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
Good luck!☺

I swear by David Kirsch's methods. Go get yourself a copy of his book, The Ultimate New York Body Plan. It's a two week program (food recipes & excercise plan) to lose weight, and I swear, it's fantastic! It's a good way to learn how to eat & be healthy. I got my book on amazon.com for cheap, too. Check it out.

Exercise and don't eat fatty foods. No SODA (not even diet soda), only drink water, No snacks, only lean meats, fish, and veggies.

You have to include exercise in your diet plan.

you have to do a lot of cardio. if there is a gym you can join, do so. change your diet. protein and lots of fluids. don't do diet pills, they will screw with your body chemistry. you are young, your metabolism is pretty fast naturally just exercise.
