I have a pair of shoes that are 3 inches high and I wanted to know if it was possible to reduce them down to 2 inches. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Yeah, but with the price you pay for it, you might as well get new shoes.

Yes, depending on how the shoe is made. The heel can be shortened to the desired height - any shoe repair shop can do that for you.

Yes carry it to the shoe store and they can fix it for you. They some times have them in the mall.

NOOOO! Don't do it! 3 inches barely qualifies as a heel to begin with. You might as well wear earth shoes or birkenstocks. Ewwww!

NO!
If it could, it would flip your toes upward and the arch of your foot would be miserable. You might feel like you were leaning backwards.
