No. You need to exercise and burn more calories than you take in. Fruit has a lot of natural sugar, which will keep you going, but if you don't balance out your food intake with various vegetables, protein and other nutrition, you will gain weight. Your body will see that you are starving yourself of nutrients that it needs to keep going in a healthy way.
Once you put your body in starvation mode, forget about losing weight! All you're gonna' do after that is gain weight, no matter what you eat or don't eat.

No, actually it can give you a gout attack. Only childbirth was worse painwise. Fruit diets were all the rage in the 80s and they weren't any healthier then than now. Since you have no protein or fat in the diet, you will constantly have sugar spikes and drops. My suggestion would be to add 2 servings of dairy (both calcium and protein here) and switch off some of the fruit for vegetables. Don't stay on this more than 2 weeks. Start adding back foods, particularly protien, for a sensible diet.

While water and fruit are both good for you and essential components of a healthful diet, you also need some protein, vegetables and even a little fat in your diet.
It sounds like you may be starving your body of the food that it really needs. This can backfire because if our bodie sense we are not getting proper nutrients and enough calories, it will go into starvation mode and will actually stop burning body fat and will start canibalizing your muscle tissue and your internal organs.

You may shed pounds quickly, but once you stop the all-fruit diet you'll likely gain the weight back. Also, consider that dieting on just fruit virtually eliminates protein from your diet, and protein is essential for good health.

You'll loose it quickly but you'll gain it all back times 3 when you start eating regular again. Maybe you should just try a balance diet and up the exercise a little. Tht's more healthy.

No. You need exercise to help with losing weight and you need to add more fibre to your diet. Some fruit has fibre, but it is more commonly found in veggies.
Be careful with the water...too much of it can kill you.

You'll need some kind of protien that combination, along with vitamin supplements. If you want to loose weight fast but healthy, see your GP.

You will not loose weight very quickly that way. Maybe you should try Nutri System.
