The troposphere. That is where we live and where the weather is. There are thing in other layers that can have an effect on the troposphere, but most of the important stuff is in the troposphere. It is the densest layer of the atmosphere and contains approximately 75% of the mass of the atmosphere and almost all the water vapor.

Probably the same layer that is of most interest to the general public. The one closest to earth where nearly all weather effects occur

tropo coz thats where weather changes n stuff occour
strato coz thers ozone layer in there n jet planes fly over there
