Adrenaline in its commercial form is extracted from the adrenal glands of sheep and cattle and othe mammals or synthesized and and is used in medicine. There are chemicals used to extract adrenaline and certain processes such as acetylation are done. It is a white to brownish crystalline compound, C9H13NO3. The mammals adrenaline function the same way as it does in humans. Knowing its chemical composition made it easier to produce its synthetic form.

Possible. Cattle, probably monkey.

1. Their genetics sequences are very similar to ours.

2. Animals like monkeys. Animals also produced hormones. They also had hormone that secreted in the adrenal gland that raises blood pressure, produces a rapid heartbeat, and acts as a neurotransmitter when the body is subjected to stress or danger.

but i'm not sure how they extract this hormone from them.

i'm also not sure, if adrenaline can be created via PCR. using bacteria host cell. same way as Insulin does in genetic engneering. but it is possible if you know the coding sequence of the gene of interest.
