Been wanting to carry programs with me to school but; the programs wont run on school's computers. What kind of software do I need and where can I find it?

Software doesn't work quite that way. You could construct a bootable USB drive either external or thumb with programs, boot to that (if the school will let you which is very doubtful) and run your programs. But a program needs to be installed on a computer. And just making a copy of your registry won't work as it is unique to the computer hardware and software you are using. And then there are all the licensing issues. Request the school's system administration to add the programs you need. Doubt you'll get far. Too many places for mishap from security to licensing problems.

The school computer isn't going to let you "install" anything on it.

Do you really think that there aren't any protections installed to prevent people from just installing anything they want???

I don't think you're very savvy on "computer systems" at all.

Get a life and use the SCHOOL COMPUTERS for what they were intended and not for your personal "play ground"!!!

As an interested tax payer.... that's my two cents!
