Walk more, instead of riding your car to the store, maybe walk. And green tea helps burn more calories. SO when you;re doing regular daily activities, you're actually burning more extra calories.

Gain muscle. Muscle burns fat quicker. (or so I've been told)

that's easy...have lots of sex! sex can burn alot out of you and it doesn't only help you to burn fat...but as well as your partner. also just think you and your partner can do it just about anywhere...just be extra careful...meaning "condoms" and "birth pills" and such. LoL. plus for a bonus...you guys will enjoy it!

Burn more calories (then you eat) every day. To help do this - reduce your caloric intake, and increase your movements (exercise).
