If you go back in time and talk to the 25 year old version of your parents, what would you say to them?

MOM: Don't put up with Paul's (my stepfather) crap any more, you deserve better. Get a real job or go back to school. Tell me you're my mom, don't wait until I'm 36 and figure it out for myself.
DAD: Don't wait till I find you in about forty years. You know you're my father, the first step should be yours. Mom knows where I'm at. Don't believe everything YOUR mother told you.
Mom would have married you, right up until the day she walked out of the hospital by herself after having me.
BOTH OF THEM: You guys did the right thing...getting married just because of me at such a young age would have been a mistake. I have had a pretty good life. I wouldn't have wanted you to resent me and/or each other.

I'd kick my dad in the nuts and say, "You idiot!, you're running this business all wrong! If you keep it up you'll have children who will grow up so hungry, and angry at you, that one will come back in time and kick you in the nuts!"

"Now start reading some books on business management, and stop spending all your money on porn and twinkies, while this business goes down the ******* tubes!"

And, "Mom, please don't have 23 kids, stop at 11, or else it will ruin your figure."
